Rental Reservation Form
Disclaimer:
*A $300.00 security deposit will be billed to your credit card to secure the reservation.
*A non refundable $50.00 Background Credit and Criminal Screening fee will be charged at the time of your reservation.
*Apartment information will be e-mailed within 24 to 48 hours of your reservation request.
*All necessary documents must be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to our office prior to arrival.
Cancelation policy:
*A reservation canceled before 30 days of your scheduled arrival will receive a 100% refund.
*A cancelation within 15 days of your schedule arrival will result in the forfeit of your security deposit.
*A reservation canceled within 7 days of your scheduled arrival will result in a 10% charge of your total monthly rent plus your $300.00 security deposit.
* A reservation Canceled within 48 hours will result in the forfeit of one full month rent and security deposit
